Bow Kits

This bow kit takes all the hard work out of bending a bimini hood.  All aluminium, stainless steel, and nylon manufacture.  Available in standard or heavy duty, clear anodised or black powder coat.  All half bows, bow ends, knuckles, deck mounts, joiners and stainless screws are included.  Comes in small or large size.

Bow End

To fit

Black or white nylon manufacture.  Also available in stainless steel to suit 1" O.D. stainless steel tube or 1 1/4" O.D. x 16 ga tube.

Bow Stay Clip

To Suit 20mm O.D. x 1.6mm wall.  Manufactured from nylon, available in black or white.

Deck Mount

  Available in small angled base, medium angled base.  All available in black and white nylon, w/stainless steel pivot screw and captive nut for medium size.  Also in stainless steel medium angled base and large flat base, w/stainless steel pivot screw.

Elbow Joint
For use with canopy and bimini frame tensioner bars and other applications.  To suit 20mm O.D. x 1.6mm wall.  Manufactured from black and white nylon, w/stainless thumb screw.  Also in clear anodised aluminium to suit 25mm O.D. x 1.6mm wall, w/stainless thumb screw.

Canopy Side Mount

To suit 20mm bow end.  Manufactured from nylon w/stainless steel pivot screw and captive nut.  Available in black or white.

Thumb Screw

To suit nylon knuckels and side mounts.  Nylon head w/stainless steel thread, available in black or white.  Both two and three headed available.

Bow Knuckle

To suit 20mm O.D. tube, w/stainless pivot screw 25mm O.D tube w/stainless pivot screw and captive nut.  Available black or white nylon and optional thumb screw.  Also in stainless steel to suit 7/8" O.D. tube, 1" O.D. tube and 1 1/4" O.D. tube inc stainless pivot screw and captive nut.

Drain Plug & Base

Plugs and bases available large and small. Manufactured from nylon .  Fully UV stable.

Tube End Caps & Tees

Manufactured from black nylon. Caps and Tees designed for 25mm x 3mm and 1.6mm fittings.  Fully UV stable.

Canopy Strap Buckle

Combination buckle and D end.  Accepts up to 28mm strapping.  Also available as a basic buckle.  Manufactured from nylon in black or white.  Can also be used with a lashing hook, rope button or D buckle hook.
